The three parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 20.9063 million shares in total from January 15, 2026 to April 14, 2026, not more than 3.00% of the share capital after excluding the share repurchase of shares in the special account. Of these, no more than 13.9376 million shares account for 2% of the bulk transactions, and no more than 6.9687 million shares account for 1%.
