Xinzhu Co., Ltd. announced that the company and Tibet Hongda Duolong Mining Co., Ltd. signed a three-year “Framework Cooperation Agreement for the Tibet Duolong Copper Mine “Source Network Cargo Storage” Integrated Comprehensive Energy Security Project. According to the agreement, Xinzhu Co., Ltd. will be responsible for the investment, construction and operation of the project, and plans to carry it out in three phases, including electricity supply for temporary copper mine camps, power supply for permanent living bases, and power supply for the mining project. Xinzhu Co., Ltd. plans to wholly establish a project company, Alishudao Clean Energy Co., Ltd. in the Ali region of the Tibet Autonomous Region, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan.
