Attempt Holdings (01008): Lu Tianneng will resign as independent non-executive director

According to the Zhitong Finance App, LiTu Holdings (01008) announced that Mr. Lu Tianneng has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee to invest more time in other commercial matters, effective March 15, 2026.

The board of directors has decided to appoint Mr. Lin Yinghong, an independent non-executive director, to replace Mr. Lu Tianneng as the chairman of the company's audit committee, effective March 15, 2026.
