China Color Co., Ltd. announced that the 10th board of directors of the company reviewed and passed the relevant bill and agreed that the wholly-owned subsidiary China Color Singapore would acquire a total of about 99.9004% of Raura's common shares and investment shares held by Breca and its affiliates for US$10,59244.16 million. The purchase price was confirmed by reference to Raura's valuation results as of July 31, 2025. Raura's main assets are zinc polymetallic mines and a hydropower plant in Peru. Once the acquisition is completed, China Color Singapore will hold 99.9004% of its shares.
