Country Garden announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that in order to facilitate working cost arrangements, the board of directors decided to approve the issuance of 135,591,359 shares to GLAS Agency Limited under a general mandate at an issue price of HK$0.40 per share. GLAS HK will sell shares of the Coordinating Committee's work expenses under such general mandates as soon as is reasonably practicable on behalf of the company to settle part of the work expenses payable to the Coordinating Committee in cash.
