The Zhitong Finance App learned that on December 20, during the keynote speech at the Moore Thread MUSA Developers Conference, Zhang Jianzhong, founder, chairman and CEO of Moore Thread-U (688795.SH), focused on in-depth cooperation between Moore Thread and 51Sim, a simulation platform owned by May 1st Vision (06651) (51WORLD), to build a next-generation physical AI simulation system around the KUAE intelligent computing cluster. Based on the large-scale computing power of domestic GPUs, the two sides are jointly exploring physical AI infrastructure construction paths for end-to-end intelligent driving and embodying intelligence, with next-generation simulation and world model technology as the core.

For a long time, simulation has mainly relied on manual modeling and rule-driven. The construction cycle is long, the cost is high, generalization capabilities are limited, and there has always been a “confidence gap” with the real world. In response to these pain points, 51Sim has built a next-generation simulation technology foundation for “reconstruction+generation” using “4DGS reconstruction+generative world model” as the foundation, driving the simulation system from “manual construction” to “automatic AI generation.”

At the same time, the “reconstruction+generation” physical AI simulation system places unprecedented demands on computing power. Neural scene reconstruction, world model training, large-scale synthetic data generation, closed-loop simulation, and reinforcement learning all require highly concurrent, long-term, and stable GPU computing resources. 51Sim teamed up with Moore Thread to build a complete physical AI simulation system covering training and inference based on a massive, unified, and scalable computing power base, to push “reconstruction+generation” capabilities into the engineering stage, and move physical AI training and reasoning scenarios from the laboratory to large-scale implementation of real business.

Currently, the physical AI simulation system co-built by 51Sim and Mohr Threads has pioneered large-scale implementation applications in the field of intelligent driving, supporting closed-loop verification of end-to-end intelligent driving algorithms.

In the future, the two sides will expand their implementation experience in the field of intelligent driving to a wider range of physical AI application scenarios such as embodied intelligence, explore a replicable and expandable physical AI development path, and unleash the limitless evolutionary potential of physical AI.

In addition to building a deep collaborative ecosystem at the business level, at the capital level, Moore Thread firmly protects May Day Vision as a strategic shareholder. Currently, May 1st Vision is sprinting to “the first physical AI stock” under the 18C charter, and plans to officially list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 30, 2025. May Day Vision and Moore Thread have successively embarked on the path of capitalization, and are expected to receive sufficient financial support to accelerate technology research and development and market expansion, and form a stronger synergy effect, thereby driving the development of the domestic GPU and physical AI industry chain.
