China Ruyi (00136) completed the issuance of the second batch of subscribed shares

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Ruyi (00136) announced that a total of 400 million subscribed shares were allotted and issued at the subscription price of HK$2.60 per subscription share on December 18, 2025. A total of 790 million subscribed shares have been allocated and issued in accordance with the first batch of subscription items and the second batch of subscription items. The average subscription price is approximately HK$2.80 per share. The total proceeds from the subscription process were approximately HK$2.21 billion.
