Nootech was ordered to make corrections and fined 47.4 million yuan, Zhao Dezhong was fined 13 million yuan, and Zhao Deyi, Jin Fuqiang, Tong Ziquan, Gu Haitao, and Xu Donghai were fined 5 million yuan, 3.3 million yuan, 3 million yuan, and 1.5 million yuan respectively.
