UK Sales, Marketing Group DCC Closes Tender Offer

04:17 AM EST, 12/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DCC (DCC.L) will purchase the 11,605,415 shares validly submitted under its tender offer at 51.70 pounds sterling apiece on Friday, according to a same-day filing. The sales, marketing, and support services group will acquire the shares via its broker, Davy, with settlement expected no later than 10 business days after the offer's close on Wednesday. In November, DCC launched the tender offer to return up to 600 million pounds sterling to its shareholders, following the sale of DCC Healthcare.
