According to this, Shanghai Dongfang Energy handed over the LPG cylinder user distribution service in Shanghai, China to which it belongs to Volkswagen Logistics to carry out motor vehicle delivery, installation, commissioning and safety inspections, while Shanghai Dongfang Energy paid for related services to mass logistics distribution.
