The annual interest rate discount rate is 1 percentage point. Not only Guizhou, but recently Sichuan, Chongqing and other places have started local consumer loan interest rate reduction work one after another. Many local financial institutions, such as the Sichuan Agricultural Commercial Bank, the Bank of Chongqing, and the Bank of Guizhou, have intensively launched interest rate discount services, forming a “national supply+land subsidy” linkage pattern.
