On December 19, the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau of the State Financial Supervisory Administration published an approval for Zhejiang Wencheng Beiyincun Bank to change its shares, agreeing that Bank of Beijing Co., Ltd. would transfer 5.225 million shares of the bank held by Beijing Hengguan Trading Co., Ltd., the bank's 5.225 million shares held by Zhejiang Donghai Petroleum Industrial Co., Ltd., and 4.18 million shares of the bank held by Hangzhou Xinghui Textile Co., Ltd. to transfer 4.18 million shares of the bank held by Qingtian Mingdian Footwear Co., Ltd. and the bank's 1.84 million shares held by Hangzhou Lvdu Medical Devices Co., Ltd. Shares: 4.18 million shares of the bank held by Sichuan Pangdu Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. were transferred, and 4.18 million shares of the bank held by Wuhan South Zhejiang Pipe Pile Co., Ltd. were transferred. After the transfer, Bank of Beijing Co., Ltd. held a total of 52.25 million shares of the bank, with a shareholding ratio of 100%.
