Mr. Jiang Bo was elected at the board meeting held on December 18, 2025 as the chairman of the company, chairman of the nomination committee, and chairman of the Strategy and Investment Committee (Rule of Law Establishment Committee). The term of office starts on the date of election and approval by the board of directors until the end of the term of the current board of directors.

With the approval of the board of directors, Mr. Huang Rongshun no longer serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and Chairman of the Strategy and Investment Committee (Rule of Law Establishment Committee).
