Shareholders of Changfei Optical Fiber and Cable (06869) deposited their shares into China International Finance Hong Kong Securities with a market value of HK$2,687 billion

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on December 17, shareholders of Changfei Optical Fiber and Cable (06869) deposited their shares into China International Finance Hong Kong Securities with a market value of HK$2,687 billion, accounting for 19.91%.

On December 10, Changfei Optical Fiber Cable issued an announcement. The Company and the placement agent entered into a placement agreement on December 9, 2025 (after the transaction period). According to the terms set out in the placement agreement and subject to the conditions set out in the placement agreement, the Company agreed to issue the placement shares at HK$32.26 per share at the placement price, and the placement agent agreed to act as an agent of the Company to do their best to induce the undertaker to purchase a total of 70 million shares at the placement price of HK$32.26 per share.
