In order to further enhance the company's environmental, social and governance management standards and sustainability management capabilities, optimize the environmental, social and governance governance structure, and integrate the concept of sustainability into the company's corporate governance strategy, the board of directors has approved the proposal to change the name of its governance committee to the environmental, social and governance committee. Environmental, social and governance-related responsibilities will be added to the existing terms of reference, and the terms of reference of the Governance Committee will be revised and renamed the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee terms of reference to include environmental, social and governance-related duties. The above changes will take effect on December 17, 2025.
