The policy will be officially implemented on January 1, 2026 and will be valid for 5 years. Transitional housing allotted to young talents is mainly one-room, and two-bedroom or more units are allocated to young talents in units of one room. The rent standard is determined based on about 60% of the market reference rent, and the maximum rental period is no more than 36 months. The housing allowance is 1,250 yuan per month, and the payment period is not more than 24 months.
