Shunwei Co., Ltd. (002676.SZ): Actual controller changed to Guangzhou Development Zone Management Committee

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Shunwei Co., Ltd. (002676.SZ) announced that the shareholders and funders of Guangzhou Development Zone Investment Group Co., Ltd. (“Investment Group”), the indirect controlling shareholder of the company, were changed from the Guangzhou Development Zone State-owned Assets Supervision Administration (“Guangzhou Development Zone State-owned Assets Administration”) to the Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as “Guangzhou Development Zone Management Committee”). After the actual controller change, the actual controller of the company was changed from the Guangzhou Development Zone State-owned Assets Administration Bureau to the Guangzhou Development Zone Management Committee. The Guangzhou Development Zone State-owned Assets Administration Bureau is a subsidiary body of the Guangzhou Development Zone Management Committee.
