On December 12, Peru time, Peru's Rudess Company, a subsidiary of Changjiang Electric Power, completed the equity transaction for the Red Coral Wind Power Project in Lima, the capital of Peru. This is the third new energy power generation merger and acquisition project in Luthers' history. After the project was completed, Luther became the largest wind power operator in Peru.
