Yum China (09987) spent HK$5.931 million to buy back 16,000 shares on December 16

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Yum China (09987) announced that on December 16, 2025, the company spent HK$5.9351 million to repurchase 16,000 shares, with a repurchase price of HK$369.2-374 per share.

On the same day, $3.2 million was spent to repurchase 67,200 shares at a repurchase price of $47.29-47.86 per share; 596 shares issued as a result of grants under the long-term incentive plan adopted by the company; and to cancel 66,500 repurchased shares.
