Skyharbour Closes Major Strategic Transaction with Denison Mines to Form Four New Joint Ventures at Russell Lake with Combined Project Consideration up to $61.5 Million

(“Denison” or “DML”), whereby Denison has acquired an initial project interest in Skyharbour’s Russell Lake Uranium Project (“Russell” or the “Project”) and the parties have entered into four separate joint venture agreements on various claims making up Russell (the “Transaction”).
