According to the Zhitong Finance App, Xingzheng International (06058.HK) announced that CISI Investment, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, purchased notes with a total principal amount of 12.6 million euros (equivalent to about HK$115 million) on the open market between December 4, 2025 and December 16, 2025, at a total cost of about €12.5864 million. The issuer of the notes is China Three Gorges International Co., Ltd., with a fixed annual interest rate of 2.875%.
