After considering the company's financial and cash flow situation and the continued support of the Company's shareholders in a severe economic environment to enhance investors' confidence in the Company and the factors contained in the Company's dividend policy, the board of directors decided to issue a special dividend of HK7.00 cents per share of the Company's common share. The company also ensures sufficient funds to cover daily operating expenses. The special dividend will be paid on January 19, 2026 (Monday) to shareholders of the Company who are on the Company's shareholder register at the end of business hours on January 7, 2026 (Wednesday).
