The land concession price was 109.839 billion yuan, ranking first in central China. 86 major projects, including the Ezhou Huahu International Airport railway link line, the Yifu high-speed railway, and the Hanyi Expressway renovation and expansion, were approved by the state for 167,800 mu of land, involving an investment of more than 400 billion yuan. All 448,800 mu of land for the 707 provincial key projects applying for land have been guaranteed, so that major projects should be fully insured.
