HKSAR Government launches public consultation on 2026/27 Budget

The Zhitong Finance App learned that on December 17, the HKSAR Government launched a public consultation on the 2026/27 budget. Hong Kong's Financial Secretary, Mr Chan Mao-po, said that in 2025, despite facing many external challenges, Hong Kong's economy still showed great resilience and was generally progressing steadily. The HKSAR Government's policies to consolidate and enhance Hong Kong's status and competitiveness as an international financial center and promote all-round economic and technological development are gradually showing results, adding favorable conditions for Hong Kong's further development.
