Italian Trade Surplus Climbs in October

05:24 AM EST, 12/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Italy posted a trade surplus of 4.16 billion euros in October, up from the revised 2.97 billion euros in September, according to data from statistics agency Istat published Tuesday. Analysts expected a trade surplus of 3.22 billion euros for the month. Seasonally adjusted exports fell 3% month over month, while imports edged up 0.3%.
