Ou Fei Guang announced that in order to repay maturing debts and fulfill guarantee responsibilities, on December 15, 2025, the controlling shareholder Ofi Holdings and co-actor Yu Gao respectively signed a “Pledged Securities Disposal Agreement” with Chaohu Technology to transfer the non-transactional transfer settlement of 309.713 million shares and 608.461 million shares of the company's shares to Chaohu Technology at a transfer price of 7.371 yuan/share. After this non-transactional transfer, OFIC Holdings and its co-actors reduced their shareholding to 11.15%, and OFIC Holdings is still the controlling shareholder. Chaohu Technology will not be able to reduce its share holdings within 6 months, and the results of the transfer procedure are uncertain.
