Shangri-La (Asia) (00069): Zhao Ruquan appointed as Executive Director

According to Zhitong Finance App, Shangri-La (Asia) (00069) announced that Mr. Zhao Ruquan (Mr. Zhao) will be appointed as an executive director and member of the Executive Committee. The effective date is March 30, 2026. Mr. Zhao will also be appointed as the Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company from March 30, 2026 to replace Mr. Choi Chi-wai (Mr. Choi), the Company's current Group Chief Financial Officer and Group Chief Investment Officer. Following the changes, Mr. Choi will continue to serve as the Group's Chief Investment Officer and Executive Director of the Board of Directors.
