02:57 AM EST, 12/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Infineon Technologies (IFX.F) is teaming up with Lenovo (LHL.F) to develop high-performance automotive computing platforms designed to support artificial intelligence in software-defined vehicles. Under the collaboration, the Hong Kong-based technology company's autonomous driving domain controller units will be integrated with the German semiconductor manufacturer's AURIX microcontrollers to enable advanced driving assistance systems, improved energy efficiency, and high-speed data exchange across in-vehicle networks, according to a Tuesday release. The new software is expected to accelerate the shift toward software-defined vehicle architectures through more efficient development cycles and higher dependability.
