Holcim to Buy Majority Stake of Peruvian Building Materials Manufacturer

The Swiss building materials company expects the transaction to be accretive to its EPS from the first year of completion, which is expected in the first half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval, according to a Tuesday release.
