Recently, the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration issued the “Automobile Industry Price Conduct Compliance Guidelines”, which mainly include refining the price behavior standards of automobile manufacturers, clarifying price behavior requirements for automobile sales companies, and guiding the establishment and improvement of internal compliance management systems, etc., which is a landmark in protecting consumers' rights and interests and building a healthy foundation for the industry. In response, China FAW issued an article stating that it will fully implement the spirit of the “Guidelines”, always regard operation in accordance with the law as the fundamental cornerstone of enterprise survival and development, and use the “Guidelines” as an important guide to continuously improve internal price management and compliance systems, strictly abide by the principle of fair competition, and resolutely put an end to any form of unfair price competition.
