Peab, KB Gruppen to Form New Associated Company via Business Merger

12:30 PM EST, 12/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Peab (PEAB-B.ST) and KB Gruppen will form a new associated company focused on the construction, renovation and concrete sector by merging their K. Nordang and Christie & Opsahl businesses. As agreed, the Swedish builder will sell K. Nordang to the associated company at market price and for a 37.5% stake, according to a Monday release. Deal closing is expected in the first quarter of 2026, subject to approval from competition authorities. KB Gruppen will hold a 62.5% stake in the new company.
