Zhitong Finance App News, Xiehe New Energy (00182) issued an announcement. On December 15, 2025, several wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company (namely Yinhua Cooperative and Cangzhou Julong) signed a sale agreement with Shirui Energy. Yinhua Cooperative sold 100% of Cangzhou Julong's shares to ShiRui Energy at a cost of about RMB 65.3 million.

Cangzhou Julong is mainly engaged in the operation of a 50 MW solar power project located in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China. The Group has adopted a “build-to-sell” strategy, according to which the Group builds power plants and sells the rights in some of its power plants after completion or operation. The directors believe that the “build-to-sell” strategy will help the Group make full use of its advantages to achieve more attractive return on investment, increase the Group's cash flow turnover, and reduce debt ratios to support the Group's steady and rapid development.
