Chengdu Express (01785) completed the issuance of 500 million yuan corporate bonds

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Chengdu Expressway (01785) announced that in 2025, Chengdu Expressway Co., Ltd. will publicly issue rural revitalization company bonds (Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Zone) (Phase 1) (hereinafter referred to as “current bonds”) to professional investors on an issuance scale of no more than RMB 500 million (including 500 million yuan). The issuance of this issue ended on December 15, 2025. The actual issuance amount was 500 million yuan, the final coupon interest rate was 2.45%, and the subscription ratio was 1.82 times.
