Nanshan Holdings announced that Huatai Baowan Logistics REIT, launched by its holding subsidiary Baowan Logistics as the sponsor, was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on October 29, 2024. Baowan Logistics is currently planning to carry out new infrastructure projects purchased by Huatai Baowan Logistics REIT, including Chengdu Longquan Baowan International Logistics Center, Xi'an Baowan International Logistics Center, Ningbo Baowan International Logistics Center, and Qingdao Jiaozhou Baowan International Logistics Center. Baowan Logistics will negotiate transaction plans and procedures with fund managers and submit application materials to the development and reform committees of each project site. This planning is not expected to constitute a major asset restructuring as stipulated in the “Administrative Measures on Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies”.
