China Resources Pharmaceuticals (03320): Wan Wing-yee was appointed as company secretary and authorized representative

Zhitong Finance App News, China Resources Pharmaceutical (03320) announced that Ms. Zheng Guiyu has resigned as company secretary of the Company since December 15, 2025 and will no longer act as an authorized representative of the Company as stipulated in section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules.

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Ms Wan Wing-yee has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative with effect from December 15, 2025. Ms. Wen is currently the manager of Fangyuan Enterprise Service Group (Hong Kong) Limited and has over 11 years of experience in the company secretarial industry. Ms. Wan is a member of the Hong Kong Corporate Governance Association and the British Chartered Corporate Governance Association. Ms. Wen graduated from the University of London in the UK with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce. He also holds a master's degree in corporate governance from the Open University of Hong Kong (now known as the Hong Kong Metropolitan University).
