The Regulations clearly state that an enterprise operating in the express delivery business shall be fined not less than 10,000 yuan and not more than 10,000 yuan if the circumstances are serious; if the circumstances are serious, if the express is damaged by throwing away the shipment, the postal administration department shall order the correction and issue a warning or notification of criticism; if it refuses to correct it, it shall be fined not less than 10,000 yuan; if the circumstances are serious, it shall be fined not less than 10,000 yuan and not more than 30,000 yuan.
