He said, “We haven't seen them yet, but if they include relevant changes, we will strongly oppose it because we have made our position very clear, and the United States fully understands this position.” He stressed that Russia may raise objections to many aspects. He stressed, “There will be some provisions that we cannot accept at all, including territorial issues.
