Gishi Media further released the shares of its subsidiary Jishi Film Investment to Changying Group. Subsequently, after the two sides fully integrated the province's film and television resources, Changying Group led the market-based operation. Prior to that, Changying Group had completed resource integration for the Ji TV Media cinema line and the rural cinema line in Jilin Province. After this capital integration, the two sides will jointly form a closed loop film and television industry chain integrating film and television investment, production and distribution, cinema line investment, and AIGC applications.
