He said that the Security Council sanctions mechanism is a key measure to curb violent crime by Haitian gangsters and improve the security situation in Haiti. Currently, gangster violence is still rampant in Haiti, and the flow of illegal arms has not stopped. China is ready to continue to work closely with the members of the Council and all parties concerned to promote the effective implementation of relevant Security Council resolutions.
