In an interview with the French newspaper Le Figaro, he said that most of the content of the new book was completed in prison. “I use a ballpoint pen to write on a small plywood table every day,” and he wrote a new book of more than 200 pages in less than 3 weeks. “The Prisoner's Diary” was officially published on the 10th, and Sarkozy himself went to a bookstore to hold a signing event, which was welcomed by many supporters.
