On the 11th local time, during a meeting with reporters, Ukrainian President Zelensky said that there are still differences on the two key issues relating to the peace plan, namely the Donetsk region's territory and the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. Zelensky stressed, “I have listened to the US side, and actually listened to all of Russia's proposals on the territory of the Donetsk region, and said that this is definitely not in Ukraine's interest, but we need to continue the dialogue and try to find answers to all questions to make everything more adequate.” Zelensky said that questions about possible compromise on territorial issues should be answered by the Ukrainian people in the form of elections or referendums. Zelensky said, “I'm sure the Ukrainian people will answer this question. Whether through elections or referendums, the position of the Ukrainian people must be expressed.”
