Sam Kintz, Co-Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Enliven, will assume a new role as Head of Pipeline, also effective December 11, 2025. The transition plan reflects Enliven's commitment to the next phase of the Company, including a pivotal Phase 3 trial for ELVN-001 in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and its commercialization.
