Workspace Group to Sell London Assets for GBP12 Million

05:57 AM EST, 12/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Workspace Group (WKP.L) agreed to sell two London assets for 11.8 million pounds sterling in line with its portfolio review and strategy launched in June. The company is selling the 10,000-square-foot Peer House office building near Gray's Inn Road and Blocks A and B of Parkhall Business Centre in Dulwich, according to a Thursday filing. The blocks comprise 23,000 square feet of light industrial and office space. The flexible work space provider noted that it will retain the remaining 99,000 square feet of Parkhall Business Centre, comprising office, studio and workshop space.
