Ajax Resources to Raise GBP1 Million via Share Issue

The natural resources investment company noted that Appian Capital Advisory will subscribe $400,000 worth of shares for the fundraiser as part of the company's purchase of Pereira Velho Exploração. Proceeds were earmarked for other acquisition deals, its Pereira Velho project, and for general working capital.
