According to the Zhitong Finance App, SMIC (00981) announced that on December 11, 2025, non-directors of the Company will issue approximately 17,400 shares due to the exercise of restricted share units granted under the 2014 Share Payment Incentive Program (adopted on June 13, 2013).

2000 shares were issued on December 8, 2025 in accordance with the 2014 share option plan (adopted on June 13, 2013).
