Tiancheng Holdings (02110) shareholders transferred shares from Yuanku Securities to Futu Securities International Hong Kong with a market value of HK$10.225 million

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on December 9, Tiancheng Holdings (02110) shareholders transferred shares from Yuanku Securities to Futu Securities International Hong Kong, with a market value of HK$10.225 million, accounting for 28.4%.

Tiancheng Holdings announced on November 21 that it has completed the placement of 60 million shares, with a net raise of approximately HK$6.93 million. The net proceeds will be used as the Group's general working capital.
