Fuller announced that Jiangsu Fulehua Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. plans to transfer 4.1007 million shares of the participating company, Wuxi Higood Technology Co., Ltd., for a total transfer price of 69.9989 million yuan. Prior to this transfer, Fullerwood held 12.9856 million shares of Higood, accounting for 12.87% of its total share capital. After the transfer, Fullerwood held 8.884,900 shares of Highgood, accounting for 8.80% of its total share capital.
