According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jinhui Group (00137.HK) announced that Jinfeng Marine Inc., the buyer of which is an indirect subsidiary of the company with approximately 55.69% interest, signed the shipbuilding contract with the seller Jiangmen Nanyang Shipbuilding Engineering Co., Ltd. on December 9, 2025. According to the terms of the shipbuilding contract, the seller agreed to build and sell the ship at a contract price of US$33.45 million (approximately HK$260 million). The ship will be delivered to the buyer on or before October 31, 2028.
