According to the Zhitong Finance App, Baolong Real Estate (01238) announced that the Group's contract sales in November 2025 (together with contract sales of jointly controlled entities and associated companies) and contract sales area were approximately RMB 521 million (down 47.2% year on year) and 57,800 square meters respectively. The Group's total contract sales for the 11 months ended November 30, 2025 (together with the contract sales of jointly controlling entities and associated companies) and total contract sales area were approximately RMB 6.666 billion (down 43.2% year on year) and 595,800 square meters respectively.
