Hydrogen Utopia International Raises Funds to Bolster Growth in Saudi Arabia, Other Markets

04:05 AM EST, 12/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hydrogen Utopia International (HUI.L) raised 600,000 pounds sterling in gross proceeds through a share placement. The hydrogen company issued 26,666,667 new shares at 0.0225 pound apiece to its first institutional investor, according to a Monday release. It will also issue 13,333,334 warrants at 0.03 pound apiece to the same investor. Hydrogen Utopia International will use the proceeds from the placement to boost growth in Saudi Arabia and other Gulf Cooperation Council markets, among other purposes.
